How can I place an order?

The process of ordering items is simple: choose the item(s) you want, the quantity and colour (provided that the item comes in more than one colours) and click on “Add to Basket”. Once your shopping is completed, click on “Complete Order” and follow the steps indicated. Once the order is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. When will I receive my order?

For deliveries within Greece, parcels are dispatched to the declared address via Geniki Taxydromiki Courier (www.taxydromiki.com) within 3-4 working days, subject to the immediate availability of the purchased item(s).

For deliveries abroad, parcels are sent with the Hellenic Post (ELTA) (www.elta.gr) via registered delivery, which includes a tracking option. Delivery times vary according to the country of destination. For member-states of the European Union, delivery times are estimated to 6-7 days, subject to the immediate availability of the item ordered. For the rest of the world, delivery times vary between 7 and 10 days, subject to immediate availability.

How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made using any of the following methods:

In any case, you are kindly requested to use your full name in the reference field of the deposit slip. Your order will only be processed once we become aware that a deposit covering the entire value of your order has been made, using one of the aforementioned methods.

• By debit or credit card
Our website accepts debit and credit cards from the following providers: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, American Express. It also accepts payments through the digital platform Masterpass by Mastercard.
The website does not have access to your bank details and does not store information relevant to your bank or debit or credit card.
All card payments are processed via Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption operating under the Secure Sockets Layer – SSL encryption protocol. Encryption is a process of encoding information until this reaches its intended recipient, who will then be able to decode it using the appropriate encryption key.

If you have a PayPal account, you may use this to complete your order.

• By Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is only available for purchases within Greece (see the “Shipping and Delivery” section for the relevant charges). In this case, the user is obliged (a) to clear the order balance and (b) be available to meet the courier at the appointed time.

What invoicing options are there?

Regardless of the chosen payment method, receipts or invoices can be issued.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over €200, within Greece, are delivered free of charge.

Shipping costs on orders under €200 and for parcels up to 2kg* the cost of shipping amounts to €4 anywhere in Greece.
Shipping costs abroad may vary depending on the country of delivery and the weight and volume of your parcel. In all cases, shipping costs are calculated automatically and are made known to you upon completion of your purchases and prior to finalising your order.

Are all items immediately avalaible?

We make all possible efforts so that items are always available. In case a requested item is not immediately available, we will get in touch with you to confirm the estimated date the item will become available, its exchange for another item or the cancellation of your order. Given that our products are hand-made the estimated time of availability is different for each item.

Can I return a product?

You have the right to return an item you have purchased, for whatever reason, by informing us via email at [email protected] or via telephone by calling on +302281084935, within 15 calendar days from the confirmed date of receipt by you. Returns can be accepted under certain conditions. Learn more in the “Returns Policy” section.

Can I add or remove products in my order after completing it?

If you wish to add or remove a product from the order you have already completed, please contact us immediately either via telephone on +30 2281084935 or via email at [email protected] and we will gladly be at your service.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if you desire, without any surcharge. In order to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via telephone on +302281084935 or via email at [email protected], and certainly within 24 hours from the time you complete your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

My order has delayed. What must I do?

For deliveries within Greece, you can track your order via Geniki Taxydromiki Courier’s website (www.taxydromiki.com) by entering the tracking number.

For deliveries abroad, you can track your order via the Hellenic Post’s (ELTA) website (www.elta.gr) by entering the tracking number.

Is my private data safe?

Is there any guarantee for the products available in the e-shop?

We make sure to always choose and make products that are beautiful, qualitative and elevate our aesthetics, will being environmentally friendly. Our collaborators are renowned greek artists and art designers who create high quality products of high aesthetic value. Most of our products come along with the artist’s card to certify their handmade nature and brand name.

Can you send me a product gift wrapped?

If you wish to present a purchase you have made as a gift, we will be happy to gift-wrap it for you at no extra cost. Simply, let us know in the “Order Notes” field and you will receive it all wrapped up!
