Returns – Exchanges
You have the right to return an item you have purchased, for whatever reason, by informing us via email at [email protected] or via telephone by calling on +302281084935, within 15 calendar days from the confirmed date of receipt by you. Weekends, national and other holidays count towards these 15 calendar days.
Once you return an item, and upon inspection and acceptance of its return, we will send you a credit note via email, which you may use within 30 calendar days from the date the item was dispatched to you, to purchase any other item from our e-shop. Please note that since a fair amount of our items are unique, it is possible that we may not stock the exact same item twice.
We regret that refunds are not available.
The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, undamaged. It will also need to be accompanied by all relevant documentation supplied (e.g. dispatch note –DAT–, receipt etc.). In case the item you wish to return was a gift to a third party, please include the gift exchange card, if one was enclosed in the shipment.
In case you wish to return an item that was on sale, this may be exchanged at the original reduced price.
We regret that we cannot exchange custom-made items.
The cost of returning an item to our head office (10 Protopapadaki street, Hermoupolis – Syros 84100) is covered entirely by you. The business vouches to cover the return cost of items only in the unlikely event that these have been received by you damaged due to faulty packaging, which was beyond reasonable doubt our fault, or in case they were originally defective.
You may return an item yourself at our physical store (10 Protopapadaki street, Hermoupolis – Syros) or via post. The choice of courier is at your discretion. We advise you to use a safe shipping method with a tracking option, and to retain the proof of dispatch.
For returns within Greece, we give you the option to use our partner courier service (Geniki Taxydromiki Courier) and take advantage of a discounted fee. If you wish to do so, simply get in touch with us and we will arrange the pick-up and return of the item in question to us. Please bear in mind that in order to take advantage of the discounted fee, you will need to keep your appointment with the courier service.
You are responsible for the item you wish to return until that is safely delivered to us.
In all events, returned items will only be accepted upon inspection and approval by the business, of which you will be notified in writing via email.
Returns of damaged items
We make every effort to pack our products in the best possible way, so that they may reach you in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in any way, please let us know via email at [email protected], certainly within three days from the date you receive the item, attaching, if possible, a photograph of the product where the defect or damage is clearly visible.
Damaged items should be returned to us within 15 calendar days from the date you acknowledge receipt of such item to us.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged due to oversight on our part, the business will cover the cost of its return.
In order to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via telephone on +302281084935 or via email at [email protected], and certainly within 24 hours from the time you complete your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
