The artist studio “Treis Grammes” (meaning “three lines” in greek) was founded by artists Konstantina Pardali and Dimosthenis Kokkalis in 1989. The two artists design and manufature unique handmade contemporary ceramic objects using porcelain, stoneware clay and low temperature clay, combining an adaptation of the “Terra Sigilata” technique, that the ancient Greeks used to decorate vessels, and the japanese firing technique called “Raku”. This special technique of their own inspiration gives a unique, characteristic style to their work.
